ECI Lighting as a Service

ECI Energy offers Irish and U.K. customers ‘Lighting as a Service’ retrofits, ECI Energy Monitoring and Verification (M&V) Software and Intelligent ‘IoT’ Lighting Control systems which will be fully funded, installed and maintained for up to 5 years. The energy savings generated (up to 70%) will cover the costs of the turnkey project in most cases, while outsourcing all End User Capex requirements as well as any ongoing maintenance, insurance and operational risk to ECI.

McGowans Digital Print LED Upgrade
McGowans Digital Print Lighting as a Service Project.

ECI Energy recently helped McGowans Digital Print dramatically reduce their energy consumption with a very successful LED Lighting Upgrade. Based in the IDA Industrial Park over 400 inefficient fluorescent fittings have now been replaced with high-quality Prelux LED luminaires. This is another significant step forward for McGowans in their effort to reduce their Carbon Footprint. Our LED Upgrade alone has resulted in a CO2 emissions saving of 99,000KG.

Hilton Car Park LED Lighting as a Service Upgrade
The Hilton Hotel, Kilmainham Underground Car Park Lighting as a Service Project.

ECI Energy recently completed the lighting as a service upgrade of the Hilton Kilmainham underground car park, replacing 208 fluorescent lights with LED equivalents saving the customer 180,000kWh and €20,000 in energy bills annually. The project also resulted in a dramatic improvement in the quality of the light in the car park.
