ECI lighting are delighted to announce that the New Prelux Othello range of surface mounted ceiling fittings are now available.
The Othello comes in 3000K 12W, 18W and 30W models and uses high lumen SMD LED’s and a fire-rated Polycarbonate opal diffuser which provides an even light output. The 12W has a lumen output of 996Lm, while the 18W provides 1530Lm and the 30W version provides 2220Lm.
With its IP54 waterproof structural design and 120° wide beam angle the Othello is not only an ideal solution for corridors and stairwells in apartment buildings and office blocks but also for damp locations. The ultra slim design of between 40mm-51mm in thickness also gives the Othello a sleek, modern and stylish appearance for what is essentially a functional fitting.
The 12W and 18W models also come in emergency versions with a highly efficient Lithium Ion battery. The battery has a duration of 3 hours at 4W, and when coupled with the fire rated Polycarbonate opal diffuser the Othello ensures peace of mind in any emergency situation where it is required. The emergency function switches on and off automatically between power cut and restoration, and the smart IC control and self-test starts after the luminaire has been mains charged for 24 hours.
